Geriatric and Aging Care

Geriatric and Aging Care

Older adults have complex, evolving healthcare needs that require a provider with the experience, patience, and clinical expertise to address both physical and mental health together. We  provide specialized geriatric care for adults 65 and older, drawing on her affiliation with Stella Maris Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation in Maryland.

Every older adult deserves care that sees the whole person, not just the condition.

We conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments, manage chronic and psychiatric conditions common in aging adults, and coordinate with home health, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing facility teams to ensure continuity and dignity of care at every stage.
