Boni Medical and Psychiatric Services LLC (“Boni MAPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit bonimaps.com (the “Site”) or use our online appointment booking tools.

This policy covers our website, not your medical records. Information about how we handle your protected health information (PHI) as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider is described in our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office and upon request. If anything in this Site Privacy Policy conflicts with our Notice of Privacy Practices regarding PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices governs.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, insurance ID numbers, or clinical/health information through the public website. If you enter such information into a general contact form, please avoid doing so — use a secure patient portal, phone, or in-person visit for anything sensitive.

When you book an appointment, the information you enter is transmitted to and processed by that platform in order to schedule your visit. Telehealth visits themselves are conducted through a separate, secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform — not through this website — and are governed by that platform’s own privacy and security terms, which will be provided to you separately.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Remember your progress through the multi-step appointment booking form;
• Understand how visitors use the Site (analytics);
• Support basic site functionality and security.
